Australia's Biggest Strawberry Pick'n Day

Adult (15 years and over) — $20. Your place in the world record attempt, plus 1kg of strawberries to pick and take home.

Child (5 to 14 years) — $10. Your place in the record attempt, plus 500g of strawberries to pick and take home.

Concession card holders — $15. Your place in the record attempt, plus 1kg of strawberries. Bring your card to check-in.

Under 5s are free. Parking is free. Every ticket covers the full day on farm — the festival, the entertainment and the farm activities.

World Record Attempt shirts and hats are $20 each and can be added when you book. Once the record is confirmed on the day, official World Record Holder shirts and hats go on sale at the farm and afterwards here on the website. Yes — the picking record is a family event and kids are welcome. Children must be registered and supervised by an adult at all times.

No — and we get asked this a lot. Half of them will be gone before you get home. That's just what happens with fruit picked twenty minutes ago.

Whatever's left freezes beautifully. Hull them, spread them on a tray so they don't clump, then bag them once they're frozen — they'll keep for months and they're perfect for smoothies. Nothing goes to waste.

Not at all. You'll get a short briefing on the day covering exactly what to do, how to pick without damaging the plants, and what the adjudicator needs to see.

No. Everyone waits with an empty punnet until the whistle — that's what makes the attempt valid, and it's the moment the whole thing is built around.

Once the adjudicator calls time, the field stays open and you can keep picking for the rest of the day.

Want more than your ticket allowance? Extra empty punnets are on sale at the farm on the day — 1kg for $20, 500g for $10, the same as the ticket prices.

When you check in you'll be given an empty punnet — a 1kg punnet for adult and concession tickets, 500g for children. You carry it into the field and wait with everyone else.

When the whistle goes for the record attempt, the whole field starts picking at once. Fill your punnet, get the lid closed, and it's yours to take home. A full 1kg punnet usually holds a kilo of fruit or a bit more.

Yes. Once the official attempt is complete and verified, what you've picked is yours to take home.

Closed-in shoes, a hat, sunscreen and a water bottle. Field rows can be uneven, so leave the good shoes at home. Punnets and your row are provided.

The event runs rain or shine wherever it's safe to do so. If severe weather forces a change, all registered ticket holders will be notified by email and through our social channels.

Partly, and we'd rather be straight with you before you book. The picking rows themselves are not accessible. They're uneven farm ground with plastic matting and narrow gaps between beds — a wheelchair or a pram can't get down them safely.

Everything else is on flat, open ground: the festival area, the food vendors, the main stage for the eating challenge, and the farm gate stall.

If someone in your group uses a wheelchair, or you're bringing a pram, please message us before you book so we can talk through what will work on the day.

You qualify by video. Film yourself eating strawberries for one minute in a single unbroken take, weighing the fruit on camera before and after, post it publicly to Facebook or Instagram, then submit the link with a $10 entry fee. If you're selected to attempt the record live on the day, a further $300 reserves your spot on the stage.

There is no age limit — every challenger completes a health and safety declaration before competing, and entrants under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign. Full rules and the entry form →

Yes — cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the event through Eventbrite. If your plans change, please release your spot so someone else can take it.
